Can you hook up our property software?
If it has a feed or API. Dezrez, Jupix, Alto, and similar. Put the name in the brief. I quote the integration on its own.
How much does an estate agent website cost?
From £4,500 for design, listings, valuation forms, and area pages. Feeds are extra. Fixed quote. No monthly platform fee beyond hosting.
Can buyers filter properties?
Yes. Price, beds, type, area. Results should stay fast when they change a filter.
Do you do lettings as well as sales?
Yes. Sales, lettings, or both. Lettings often needs tenant and landlord pages. I design for that.
How do we rely less on Rightmove and Zoopla?
Local search, area guides, people looking you up by name. It will not replace portals next month. It can take some of the enquiries over time.
