Because it's a completely different product. WordPress sites use pre-built themes and plugins. They're slower, less secure, and look like thousands of other sites. Our sites are hand-coded with Next.js, load in under a second, score 95+ on Lighthouse, and are built specifically around your business. You're paying for a bespoke product, not a template with your logo slapped on it.

Yes. We typically split payments into three: 40% upfront to begin design, 30% at development start, and 30% on launch. We'll agree a payment schedule that works for both of us.

Everything from project brief through to launch: custom design, development, content integration, testing, deployment, and 12 months of free hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring and security updates. Not included are third-party costs like domain registration or stock photography, and the optional care plans — content updates, SEO work and priority support are chargeable from launch.

Hosting moves onto a care plan. Care is £30 a month (or £300 a year) and covers hosting, backups, security updates and small changes. Care Plus is £60 a month and adds more time for changes and a quarterly search check. I'll talk it through with you before the free year ends. No automatic charges, no obligation.

Because a small practice site that rarely changes doesn't need the same time as a group practice adding therapists, blog posts and service pages every month. Care covers the first kind; Care Plus adds time for the second, so you only pay for what you use.

We don't offer blanket refunds, but we do offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to make sure you're completely happy before we start building. If at any point you feel the project isn't going in the right direction, we'll work together to get it right.

Bespoke Website Builds are delivered in 14 to 21 days depending on page count. All timelines start from the day we receive your content and sign-off on the design direction.
