You're paying for a bespoke product, not a template with your logo slapped on it.

Yes. We typically split payments into three: 40% upfront to begin design, 30% at development start, and 30% on launch. We'll agree a payment schedule that works for both of us.

Everything from project brief through to launch: custom design, development, content integration, testing, deployment, and 12 months of free hosting and technical care. The only things not included are third-party costs like domain registration or stock photography.

We'll recommend one of our ongoing plans based on what your site actually needs. A simple brochure site only requires basic hosting and updates (Studio Care at £75/month), while growing businesses looking to rank highly month-after-month benefit from active marketing updates (Active Growth at £250/month). We'll discuss it with you before the free period ends — no automatic charges, no obligation.

Because a 10-page local clinic site doesn't require the same active resource as a large e-commerce platform with transaction flows and custom inventory systems. We price our ongoing plans based on active effort and utility so you only pay for what your business actually uses to grow.

We don't offer blanket refunds, but we do offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to make sure you're completely happy before we start building. If at any point you feel the project isn't going in the right direction, we'll work together to get it right.

Bespoke Website Builds are delivered in 14 to 21 days depending on page count. E-Commerce & Platform projects typically take 4–6 weeks. All timelines start from the day we receive your content and sign-off on the design direction.
