You're paying for a bespoke product, not a template with your logo slapped on it.

Yes. We typically split payments into three: 40% upfront to begin design, 30% at development start, and 30% on launch. We'll agree a payment schedule that works for both of us.

Everything from discovery call through to launch: custom design, development, content integration, testing, deployment, and 12 months of free hosting. The only things not included are third-party costs like domain registration or stock photography.

We’ll recommend a monthly plan based on what your site actually needs. A simple brochure site costs far less to maintain than a site with a shop, booking system, and video content. We’ll discuss it with you before the free period ends — no automatic charges, no obligation.

Because a 5-page site for a local plumber doesn’t need the same resources as an online shop with hundreds of products. We price hosting based on your site’s actual complexity so you only pay for what you use.

We don't offer blanket refunds, but we do offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to make sure you're completely happy before we start building. If at any point you feel the project isn't going in the right direction, we'll work together to get it right.

Starter sites are delivered in 14 days. Business sites take around 3 weeks. E-Commerce projects typically take 4–6 weeks. All timelines start from the day we receive your content and sign-off on the design direction.
