Because it's a completely different product. WordPress sites use pre-built themes and plugins. They're slower, less secure, and look like thousands of other sites. Our sites are hand-coded with Next.js, load in under a second, score 100 on Lighthouse, and are built specifically around your business. You're paying for a bespoke product, not a template with your logo slapped on it.

Yes. We typically split payments into three: 40% upfront to begin design, 30% at development start, and 30% on launch. We'll agree a payment schedule that works for both of us.

Everything from discovery call through to launch: custom design, development, content integration, testing, and deployment. The only things not included are ongoing hosting/maintenance (see monthly packages) and third-party costs like domain registration or stock photography.

We don't offer blanket refunds, but we do offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to make sure you're completely happy before we start building. If at any point you feel the project isn't going in the right direction, we'll work together to get it right.

A Starter site typically takes 3-4 weeks. Business sites take 5-8 weeks. E-Commerce projects vary but usually 8-12 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly you can provide content and feedback, but we'll never rush the work.
